MBA Asset Management acts as investment manager of two hedge funds utilizing multiple strategies that invest in equities, private and sovereign debt, currency and interest rates. The funds are geared toward international investors, typically funds of funds and international private banks.

• MBA Latin America Opportunity Fund and MBA Multistrategy Fund, which are balanced funds that invest in a range of assets in Latin America, principally in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Chile.

These funds seek absolute returns, not correlated to the performance of specific indexes. They are permitted to take on debt, to sell unhedged assets and to use derivative products to either cover risks or increase returns.
